Training Process
TFS leads the way in safety training through our Employee Qualification Training (EQT). This training program ensures that TFS’ team members have the safety expertise needed to complete your job efficiently and safely. Our on-site safety requirements include:
- All personnel wearing full PPE
- JSAs completed before each shift
- Emergency Shut-off on all trucks
Training Center
TFS also has an A rating on ISNetworld.
All of TFS' field employees are put through safety training upon being hired. This training includes:

- SafeLandUSA
- Fit Test
- H2S Training
- TFSI Infield Operations Training & Mentoring Program
